4.2. Pressure removal in system of injection of fuel

Fuel is extremely inflammable, therefore, working with any part of fuel system, accept additional precautionary measures. Do not smoke and do not allow emergence of open fire or lamps without plafonds near a working zone. Also do not work in garage where the equipment on natural gas with a match is applied.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Take from the panel of safety locks a safety lock of a chain of the fuel pump.

If on a cover of the panel of safety locks there is no information on an exact arrangement of a safety lock of the fuel pump, address to the management on the car.

  1. Start the engine and wait, while it will not stop. Switch off ignition.
  2. Uncover a jellied mouth to remove pressure in a fuel tank.
  3. Now pressure in fuel system is removed.

To prevent hit of the remains of fuel on the engine, before a detachment of fuel lines spread out round them rags.


  1. Before work with any part of system disconnect from the storage battery a negative wire.
