6.3. Removal and installation of the electronic control unit (ECU)

Removal

The electronic control unit (ECU) is located in an impellent compartment on the right (look Head the Power supply system).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

On models ECU on the right side of an impellent compartment uncover access (look Head the Power supply system).
If ECU is located in the car, uncover access on the right side.
Disconnect from ECU electric sockets.
Unscrew from ECU arm fastening bolts.
Carefully remove ECU.

Avoid ECU damage by a static electricity, using rubber gloves and without touching socket contacts.

Installation

Installation is return to removal.
