9.2.3. Adjustment of a drive of the lever of the selector

To Poddomkratta the car and reliably establish it on axial support. On some models, probably, it is necessary to remove release system (see. Head the Power supply system) and a heat resisting guard to get access to the bottom end of the lever of the selector.

Transmission 3H 22

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Release a fixing clip (1) on a finger (2) rods of the selector.
  1. Pull out a finger and disconnect a selector rod from the bottom end of the lever.
  2. Take away the selector lever on transmission back against the stop, then forward on two clicks. Now transmission is in the situation "N" (Neutral).
  3. Working in car salon, establish the selector lever in the situation "N" (Neutral).
  4. Ask the assistant to advance the selector lever forward, having established it opposite to a stopper of neutral situation on the selector coulisse. Working under the car, turn a finger on a selector rod until it will not be combined with an opening on the bottom end of the lever of the selector. Truncate a drive, having turned a finger for one-two turn clockwise.
  5. Establish a finger of a rod of the selector. Make sure that the drive is adjusted correctly, having started the engine, having strong pressed a brake and having carried out the selector lever through all provisions.

Transmissions 4H 22

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. In salon of the car establish the selector lever in the situation "P" (Parking).
  2. Weaken a nut of fastening of a cable to the selector lever on transmission (it is specified by an arrow).

The drive shown on a photo (for latest models), is typical; however on some old models the lever can be directed not down, and up, and to use instead of a nut a kulisny design between a rod and the lever.

  1. Take away the selector lever on transmission forward (to the engine) and pull a rod of a cable of the selector back.
  2. Connect a cable rod to the selector lever on transmission and reliably tighten a nut.
  3. Make sure that the drive is adjusted correctly, having started the engine, having strong pressed a brake and having carried out the selector lever through all provisions.
