9.2.4. Adjustment of a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Before the beginning of the adjustment described below procedure check adjustment of a cable of an accelerator at completely open throttle, and if necessary adjust it (see. Head Power supply system).

At the released pedal of an accelerator by means of measuring щупа check distance between a cable stopper (it is specified by an arrow) and the end of the carving plug of a cable then compare result to the value specified in the Size table and adjusting data at the end of the Management.

Weaken a lock nut of the switch of the device of transfer of AT on a low gear located under a pedal of an accelerator, and screw in the switch as it is possible further.

Squeeze out an accelerator pedal before situation when will feel its resistance, and hold her in this situation; now unscrew the switch so that it only concerned a pedal, and tighten a lock-nut.
Check quality of adjustment, having squeezed out an accelerator pedal in the situation kik-Down and having noticed the provision of a stopper of a cable (see item 2). Compare result of measurement to the size specified in the Size table and adjusting data at the end of the Management. If the cable does not manage to be adjusted to the necessary size, once again check, and if necessary adjust an accelerator cable at completely open throttle. After the cable of an accelerator is adjusted, try to adjust a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve once again.
