2.1.14. Removal and flywheel installation / driving disk

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove transmission (for cars with manual transmission see. Head Manual box of gear shifting (RKPP); for cars with automatic transmission see. Head Automatic transmission (AT)).
  2. On cars with manual transmission remove coupling (see. Head Coupling).
  3. Where it is necessary, mark the provision of a flywheel / a driving disk in relation to a cranked shaft subsequently to establish it in the same situation.
  4. The flywheel / a driving disk fastens to a back part of a cranked shaft by means of eight bolts.
  1. By means of a replaceable head and the ratchet mechanism give eight bolts of fastening of a flywheel / a driving disk to a crankshaft flange - hold a flywheel / a driving disk from a provorachivaniye, having blocked a gear wreath the lever
  1. Be careful - a flywheel quite heavy.
  2. For flywheel installation / a driving disk on a cranked shaft put on bolts special hermetic for a carving and tighten them gradually, moving on diagonals, to demanded effort.
  3. The rest of procedure of installation carry out as it should be, the return to removal.
