4.11. Removal and carburetor installation Removal

|
- Remove an air purifier as it is described in the Section Removal and air purifier installation.
- Disconnect from the carburetor an accelerator cable, having addressed to the Section Check, adjustment and replacement of a cable of an accelerator.
- On models with automatic transmission disconnect a dumping cable.
- Disconnect from the wire carburetor, remembering their arrangement.

- Unscrew the screw and disconnect from an arm of a drive of a throttle a wire to the case (it is shown by an arrow).

|
- Disconnect vacuum hoses, having paid attention that the hose with a white strip is attached to a white plastic tee, and vacuum hoses of the distributor of ignition approach to lateral faces of the carburetor.
|
- On the carburetor 2В4 disconnect and muffle hoses of system the coolings going from the TM valve (thermo - a starter).

|
- Disconnect hoses of supply of fuel.
|
|
|
- Unscrew four bolts and disconnect from (flange) isolating the screw on the inlet pipeline of the carburetor.
|
|
|
- If necessary unscrew nuts and remove from the inlet pipeline isolating flange.
|
|
|
Installation
Installation is return to removal, however, carefully clear being interfaced surfaces. The isolating flange allows a reuse if it is in a good condition. Adjust according to the Section Check, adjustment and replacement of a cable of an accelerator a cable of an accelerator and a dumping cable (where it is applied) - according to Head Automatic transmission (AT).
