4.17. Functioning check, removal and installation of the case of a throttle Check

- Disconnect from the throttle case an inlet air line (look the Section Removal and air purifier installation) and take him aside.
- Watch the throttle valve when the assistant will press an accelerator pedal. Check, that the throttle valve smoothly moved from a closed position (idling) to completely open (complete revolutions).
- If the valve of a throttle does not work correctly, replace knot of the case of a throttle.

Removal and installation
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire of the storage battery.
- Disconnect from the throttle case an inlet air line and take him aside.
- Disconnect from the throttle case an accelerator cable (look the Section Check, adjustment and replacement of a cable of an accelerator).
- If it is applied, disconnect a cable темпостата.
- Distinctly mark all electric sockets (the sensor of provision of a throttle, an injector of cold start-up, the stabilizer of supply of air idling and others), then disconnect them.
- Distinctly mark all vacuum hoses, then disconnect them.
- For removal of any residual pressure in system of cooling unscrew a cover of a radiator or a broad tank, then again screw it. Block clips cooling hoses, then weaken collars of hoses and disconnect hoses. Be ready to an insignificant effluence of a cooler.

- Unscrew nuts (above) and bolts (in the bottom of) fastening of the case of a throttle and disconnect the throttle case from a flange of the inlet pipeline.

- Close an opening of a flange of the inlet pipeline a pure fabric that at the removed case of a throttle to prevent dirt and dust hit.
- Installation is return to removal. Tighten nuts of fastening of the case of a throttle with specified in the Size table and adjusting data at the end of the Management of effort and after that adjust an accelerator cable (look the Section Check, adjustment and replacement of a cable of an accelerator).
