 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. For pressure removal in a fuel tank uncover mouths.
  2. On models with injection of fuel remove pressure in fuel system.
  3. Disconnect a negative wire of the storage battery.

Remember that fuel is extremely inflammable liquid - at the robot with components of a power supply system observe special precautionary measures. Do not smoke and do not come nearer to works place with open fire. Also it is not necessary to carry out system service in the garage equipped with heating devices, working at natural gas and equipped with a control torch.   1. Unscrew a drain stopper of a fuel tank and in suitable capacity merge fuel. If the stopper is absent, it is possible to merge fuel by means of a siphon (but not a mouth), differently fuel should be merged at tank removal.

  2. At replacement of fuel hoses also apply only firm materials.
  3. Remove protection of a fuel tank.
  4. Disconnect a toplivozalivny mouth and a ventilating hose.
  5. Lift the car and establish on supports. On some models it is necessary to remove system of release and the driveshaft.
  6. Establish under a tank a roller jack.
  7. For protection of a tank between a heel of a jack and a fuel tank lay tree whetstone.
  1. Remove on corners of a fuel tank fastening bolts (one is specified by an arrow)...

... also unscrew bolts of fixing plates. Turn plates down that they fell outside the limits a tank.

  1. Lower a tank that it was possible to see its top, and be convinced that everything is disconnected. Finally lower a tank and take it from under the car.
  2. Installation is return to removal.
