16.27. Removal and installation of the motor of a screen wiper of windscreen / glass of a door of a back

If the radio receiver on your car is equipped with system of protection against theft, make sure that you gathered the correct code before disconnecting a battery wire. Apply for information in the Section System of protection of an audiosystem from theft and language of an instrument guard before a wire detachment.


If after wire accession on your instrument guard there were inscriptions not in that language which is necessary to you, address to the Section System of protection of an audiosystem from theft and language of an instrument guard where procedure of installation of the necessary language is described.

Disconnect a negative wire of the battery.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove caps and give nuts.
  1. After return of a nut use a magnet to remove a metal washer, then remove screen wiper levers.
  1. Hook fixing clips and remove a fairing lattice to get access to screen wiper assembly.
  2. Give screws or nuts and uncover a screen wiper, located on a partition of an impellent compartment.
  3. Disconnect the electric socket and remove draft of a screen wiper.
  4. Mark the provision of a shaft of a screen wiper concerning draft. Remove draft of a screen wiper from a motor shaft, having accurately hooked it a screw-driver.
  5. Give three fixing bolts and remove the screen wiper motor from the car.
  6. Installation make upside-down. At motor installation if it is necessary, connect the socket and turn on the motor to establish it in neutral situation (screen wipers in non-working situation).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open back glass of a door of a back.
  2. Remove the panel (panels) of a covering, then disconnect a tube of a washer and the conducting socket.
  1. Give fixing nuts and remove the screen wiper motor.
  1. Brushes and the rotary mechanism of a screen wiper can be removed from back glass if necessary after removal of panels of a covering.
  1. Installation make upside-down. At motor installation if it is necessary, connect the socket and turn on the motor to establish it in neutral situation (screen wipers in non-working situation).
