17.29. Replacement of transmission liquid and AT filterEach 38 000 km of run or time in two years
Through certain intervals of a time/distance in kilometers replacement of transmission liquid should be made. As liquid long enough remains the hot ambassador of switching off of the engine, make this procedure only after complete cooling of the engine.
Before the beginning of work get the transmission liquid specified in the Size table and adjusting data at the end of the Management, and also the new filter.
Others necessary for carrying out this procedure by tools are axial support for car fixing in the lifted condition, drain capacity in volume not less than 4.5 liters, newspapers and pure rags.

- To Poddomkratta the car and reliably establish it on axial support.
|
|
- Weaken a washer of a tube measuring щупа.
|
|
|
... then disconnect a tube щупа and let's liquids flow out.
|
|
|
- Give bolts of fastening and remove brackets of the pallet of a case of transmission.
|
|
|
- Disconnect the case pallet from transmission and lower it, trying not to spill the remained liquid.
|
- Carefully clear a surface of contact of the pallet with transmission.
- Merge liquid from the pallet in the suitable container, then wash out the pallet solvent and dry up it the compressed air. Carefully clean off all metal particles from a magnet if it is available.

- By means of a key of the Torks type give filter bolts …

... then remove the filter from transmission.

|
- Remove a sealing ring of round section from transmission. If it in a satisfactory condition, clean it and establish on the new filter, otherwise replace it.
|
- Establish a sealing ring of round section and the new filter, having reliably tightened fixing bolts.
- Make sure that contact surfaces of laying of the pallet rather pure, then establish new laying. Bring the pallet to transmission, establish fixing brackets and get bolts. Moving round the pallet, tighten each bolt gradually until reach size of demanded effort. Do not draw bolts! Attach a tube measuring щупа and reliably tighten a washer.
- Lower the car and add demanded amount of liquid through a jellied mouth (see. Section Check of level of lubricant liquid of automatic transmission).
- Establish transmission in the situation "Parking" and cock the parking brake, then start the engine on single turns, without squeezing out a gas pedal.
- Carry out the selector lever through all transfers and again establish it in the situation "Parking". Check liquid level.
- After the several first trips check the car bottom on existence of leakages of liquid.
